No option to UN-Unistall in control panel ... so I looked fo rthe folder, couldnt find it, logic tells me remove it so Power Bi can install it so I figured if out
First find the version of webview you have on your system by doin the following:

click windows icon type "cmd"
right click on app and select run as dministrator

result is

4.png

Type into cmd the following command:
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\
Next type "DIR" dir and press enter
You will notice a version number marked in image below

5.png

Type DIR and the VERSION and "\Installer" into cmd

in my case it looks like this :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application>cd 118.0.2088.46\Installer

Press enter

Remove Webview2

Type the followng command:
setup.exe --uninstall --msedgewebview --system-level --verbose-logging --force-uninstall
Press Enter
you will notice the same directory line is given after its done.
Close CMD open Power BI, it will flash (in my case) and install the Webview2 it requires and open Power BI
DONE!

@MikeOxley Try to uninstall and reinstall power bi desktop.
If still gets the same error then unistall your Microsoft Edge Webview2 Runtime from "control panel->uninstall a program" and the re-install it.

If you find this insightful, please provide a Kudo and accept this as a solution.
