Webpage to download most recent PBI version is down

The webpage to download the most recent PBI version is down. I need Julys version and have no way to get unless I uninstall and reinstall from the app store. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494

Tried to submit a help ticket, filled everything out, hitting the submit button did nothing. What a waste of time.

Switched browsers to chrome, tried to submit help through the PBI service. Just spins for hours.

Logged on fabric community website. Hit updates blog. It auto signs me out! Where is the QA Microsoft? Even contacting you about bugs is a time suck because it just leads to more bug encounters.

As @mickey64  mentioned, the website can use.

if your website cannot open, you can try to clear the cashe of the broswer, then try to open the wesite.
