I tried to download Palette Creator from https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/palette-creator/oolpphfmdmjbojolagcbgdemojhcnlod?hl=en.

My anti-virus blocked the download and reported:

It's not a train smash, as there are other online palette creators, which one can use.
