WebView Error 2 and Blank Screen
Hello
For a couple of weeks now I have been encountering a very recurring error in all my Power BI files. Caundo try to save the files I notice the following error:
Most of the time it appears when I save the file, but other times the Power BI stops directly and I get the error. The problem is that I lose all my work every time this happens.
I have tried to uncheck the option "Watering the infrastructure of PowerBI Deskop", the error does not appear as such, but the entire tab is blank and I lose my job again.
The error started to appear when I downloaded the app from the Microsoft Store. In addition, I do not think it is a lack of computer memory because it also happens to me in pbix files that have a very small size.
Can you give me a solution?
Thanks a lot!!!

Hi Syndicate_Admin ,
In rare cases, Power BI Desktop might fail to start at all. Instead, it might show a gray window and/or an error message that mentions 'WebView2'.
The majority of the cases is caused by some program on your machine, mostly anti-virus software. To verify this is the case, please perform the following steps:
-
Close Power BI Desktop.
-
Open Windows Settings > About > Advanced System Settings and configure a new Environment Variable:
-
Launch Power BI Desktop and verify it starts successfully this time.
-
Delete the Environment Variable you have set above and disable any software that might be interfering or provide an exemption for the WebView2 process

If I have misunderstood your meaning, please provide more details.
