WebConent without installing a gateway
Hey,
I have some Web based Data - in this example I tried to get the current currency exchange rate EURO/USD out of a webpage via
Web.Contents.
The .pbix is in a OneDrive Cloud and was imported to my PowerBi WebApp. But it won't refresh.
So my question: Is it possible to make it this way including refreshing function or do I seriously have to install a gateway?
I mean - the Data is online, and the .pbix is in a Cloud, is there no way to make this working?

Hey,
unfortunately you need a Gateway installed on a local machine, to schedule a refresh of your webbased data in your cloud hosted pbix.
I'm pretty sure that there is an idea on ideas.powerbi.com, unfortunately I currently have not the time to look that up, your turn ;-)
