Web.contents failed to get contents from (Custom API) 500 internal server error

Below error getting while laoding mutiple master tables and same issue when scheduled for refresh in a single dahboard report ahving mutiple tables not laoding the lastest data ,pleas eprovide the exact soluiton how to resolve this kind of issues in power BI. Is there any hardware and network bandwidth will impact to laod the table data.

Hi @lsagar ,

You can test the api if there some error message return by some tools like Postman. Then, based on the prompts in the error message, you can then fix it accordingly.

Under postman giving result of data which we are tryign to load the table data, no issue at postman side.

As it says in the error message - Your data source had a malfunction (5xx errors are server side).  Nothing much you can do in Power BI.
