Web Url Conditional Formatting - Unable to Select Field

For anyone else facing this vexing issue, I found it was entirely due to having played around with Calculation Groups. I didn't end up using them, but I'd left the "Discourage Implicit Measures" setting on for my Semantic Model. If you go into the Model view and then select Model instead of Tables in your data pane, THEN select your semantic model, you'll see a little toggle for "Discourage Implicit Measures." I turned that off, and conditional formatting came back for all my visuals.
