Thanks for the sugestion but still doesnt work. I have tried multiple option
<Criteria field="tagName" operator="EQUALS">Cloud Agent</Criteria><Criteria field=\'tagName\' operator=\'EQUALS\'>Cloud Agent</Criteria> <Criteria field='tagName' operator='EQUALS'>Cloud Agent</Criteria> <Criteria field="tagName", operator="EQUALS">Cloud Agent</Criteria>

I get the below error in PowerBI
