I am new to Power BI and was wondering if there is a way to display a portion of the weather.com screen?  I am trying to add this to a dashboard.

It appears as though your question was never answered correctly. You can embed code provided by a web content site into a web content tile on the dashboard. I think each of the other replies to your question thought that you wanted to display a portion of the image you posted. But that makes no sense. You want to embed something similar to the following from accuweather.com.

<a href="https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/tempe-az/85281/weather-forecast/36701_pc" class="aw-widget-legal">

-->
</a><div id="awcc1516387673920" class="aw-widget-current" data-locationkey="36701_PC" data-unit="f" data-language="en-us" data-useip="true" data-uid="awcc1516387673920"></div><script type="text/javascript" src="https://oap.accuweather.com/launch.js"></script>

You can use Image Viewer in your dashboard to display URL field defines image as BhaveshPatel said. In that case, you need to know the URL of the image. If you just capture the screenshot of portion of the weather.com and upload to some online image site to get a URL. The image in the dashboard will not change dynamically until you update the image of the URL in the online image site.

Best Regards,

Herbert
