Waterfall with Start and End Totals based on selected Date Values

Hi all,

I want to create create a Waterfall Chart for the development of the customers. But the first Month and the Last Month should show the total value of Customers, the inbetween Months should show the difference to the month before.

The measure for calculating the totals is : 

[# Mitglieder]= DISTINCTCOUNTNOBLANK('Historisierte Kunden'[CUSTOMERID])

And the measure for the difference is:

[Differenz] = [# Mitglieder]-CALCULATE([# Mitglieder],DATEADD(Kalender[Datum],-1,MONTH))

Here is a Screenshot of what I am trying to achieve:

-the user can select Months or fiscal years from the Date Filter

-the upper visual shows the total customers per month

-the waterfall shows the difference from the month to the month before. But this should not be for the first and the last month, there I want to show the totals like in the upper visual.

Do you have any idea how I can achieve that?
