Waterfall dynamic between two months with a segment

Hi everyone

I m doing a page with a segment in which I choose a month (formated YYYY-00)

I would like to add a waterfall between this month and the previous one. 

It need so to calculate previous month and to dynamically update chash flow waterfall between these 2 months.

Data are in two tables: one with numbers and date, and another one fore date table with a column formated (yyyy-00)

Could you please share a simple sample file to have a test due to it is hard to represent your data structure and could you please post your desired result if possible?

Hi Daniel,

this is what I want: In a segment in power bi page, I choose a month then It will select in table all items in this month (it will have more than one data for an item so sumx is needed I think.

And it will sum all data before the month to have initial amount.

Hoping this will be more clear 😉
