Waterfall Chart w calculated measures

I have a Waterfall chart that I created in Excel that I'd like to transfer into Power BI. It shows the movement from one year to the next, starting at last year's ratio and showing the up/down impact of a few different measures that result in the current year's ratio. The movement along the way is all calculated ratios that can be either be positive or negative depending on the slicer selected.

Is this a possibility? I've looked around and I'm not confident I can use percentages in a Waterfall (all pieces use different denominators in the calculated fields) and I'm not confident I can use calculated measures either. If it is possible, could someone break it down dummy-style, or point me in a direction where I can dig into it from a dummy-level? Thanks in advance!
