Waterfall Chart to show month wise employee joiners and leavers count

employee headcount waterfall chart in power bi with joiner and leavers count. Please suggest possible data model and DAX expression to acheive this.

Requred Same chart as above, not able to show data as same above sample chart

Hi @shreeomsingh- you will need at least two tables like employee table and date to work and implement waterfall chart.
