Natalia5858_0-1688073096583.png

The problem here is that at the moment i use a waterfall chart is summarizing the January Planned ammount ($7,000) into only the inventory cost savings instead of showing $12k in the Inventory Savings sectuon and %5,000 in the Equipment Investment section. What can i do?

Hi @Natalia5858

You just need to move the Indicator column from Breakdown to Category on the waterfall chart. Just like below. Then expand the chart to Indicator level.

Hi, I'm also using the same waterfall chart, But I can't see the data drill down or expand feature in the power BI dasktop.

Hi @Anonymous

Do you select the visual? If already yes, check whether these icons are turned on from Properties > Header icons > Icons

It seems all header icons are missing on the visual. Are you using the built-in waterfall chart visual or a custom waterfall visual? Which version of Power BI Desktop are you using?

Hi @Anonymous

Have you added two fields to Category of the waterfall chart? If there is only one field here, drill down/drill up/expand icons won't appear.
