Waterfall Chart for Hires and Terminations

Hi All,

We have a requirement to show the Hires and Terminations similar to the below chart. We want to show both Hires and Terminations in the Chart. Could anyone please help to create the below chart?

Joiners---Hires

Leavers---Terminations

Hi @sureshg2498

Please provide a workable sample data (not an image), your expected result from the same sample data and your reasoning behind. You may post a link to Excel or a sanitized copy of your PBIX stored in the cloud.

- Use a Waterfall Chart visual
- Structure your data with:
- Start Balance (e.g., April: 3014)
- Positive values for Hires
- Negative values for Terminations
- End Balance (e.g., May: 2961)
- Set Start and End as Total bars
- Color-code: Green for Hires, Red for Terminations
