Waterfall Chart and Calculation Group - Total column format missmatch

I have tried to solve this formatting problem in different ways but have not been able so far. I have implemented dynamic formatting through Calculation Groups and it works correctly in the Waterfall chart in all columns, except in the Total column.

 

Anyone have any idea how to approach it?

    Have you found a solution to the problem?

    I run into the same issue today - it seems to be caused by the use of "Format String Expression" in the calculation group. Is there a workaround to use both in the same report?
