thanks for your answer v-jiascu-msft, but you are right. The question is how to evaluate the income. I think it would help, if I would have a table, with all open tickets at the end of a month. Then I could insert a line for current open tickets to my chart, what do you think?

Maybe not. Do you want to count the quantity of tickets or the income of tickets? Did you try the file I shared with you? Maybe you can use date hierarchy in the Axis.
