Was thinking conditional format would be easy. But where is it??

Simple matrix:

Trying to format the numbers (also totals), green when higher then 70% else red.

By life can't find where to do it. No fx buttons.

 

Checked with Copilot:

It's just not there.

Hmm I found it in Cell elements but it is only doing the "body".
I also need the totals....probably somewhere else then in the maze 😄
