I have a query named (Data) that is not refreshing due to an error (OLE DB or ODBC error: Type mismatch. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020005 (DISP_E_TYPEMISMATCH)).
I made a copy (Data1) of the (Data) query that points to the exact same data source. When I refresh Data1 I have no errors.
How do I transfer everything I have built in Data to Data1?
@Anonymous it is weird if both data and data1 have the same steps and one is giving the error and not the other one. did you make any changes after you copied the queries?
I would ❤ Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make effort to give Kudos to whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!

I did not make any changes to the underlying data source (Excel Sheet). Does that mean my original Query named "Data" has an issue instead of the data source having the problem?
To follow up with my original question...can I transfer all of my created measure formulas) over to "Data 1" and all of my Report's individual pages?
Hi @Anonymous,
Perhaps you can try to parameterize your report and save it as a template, then you can simply use the template file to generate a new table based on new connection strings.
