Waffle Chart showing incorrect Percentages

I wanted to change a Pie chart into a waffle chart but the percentages are different.   In my pie chart I have Values: Hours,  Category: Data Number of Employees Group   Less than 10 Employees 59...

It sounds like you're work with a third party custom visual, I'd like to suggest you contact to visual author to get more information about the difference.

Any chance that Power BI could have an official Waffle chart because they look so much nicer than the pie chart?

      Surely I must be missing the point of the chart though. It cant be displying percentages incorrectly. That would make it unuseable

        I think I have been missing the point. The waffle chart appears to just be showing the number but its adding a % which is incorrect but I feel better in understanding whats actually happening
