Any 3 modules related to fabric can be completed or are there any specific modules .. ?

Not specific, but if you see microsoft learn for fabric studies, it is already in sequence for better understanding of fabric. So, studying any 3 will make you eligible to get the voucher from there end.

Microsoft does not provide free vouchers by default for Microsoft certifications like PL-300 or DP-600. Vouchers are usually available only through official Microsoft events, Cloud Skills Challenges, partner programs, or company-sponsored training. Keep an eye on Microsoft Learn events and challenges for potential discounts or free exam offers.

MS usually provides exam vouchers after finishing a data challenge. These challenges are not perpetual so you need to wait for an announcement.
