Vlookup without a calculated column

I have a header table and a fact table linked on 'Item' but I know there are orphaned items in the fact table that do not exist in the header table.   In excel I would do a vlookup to find the miss...

    Nevermind, the regular lookupvalue formula works in a table visual. I was getting an error due to a different issue.
