Vlookup From Value On Visualizations Pages

Hi,

 

Is there a way to perform a vlookup from on the table tabs, based on a value of the visulatision tabs? E.g. If I select a Town on the visulation tab, the column on the table will bring values/infpmation based on that town?

    jonathanlamb Are you talking about interaction between objects? if so you can control it by using Edit interactions option in Format tab.

     

    For example below screeenshot is showing data for entire data

     

     

    In below screenshot i clicked on Company A automatically Table also getting filtered based visualisation selection

     

     

    If you looking for different functionality gives us more details .

    If the detail data are in the same table, it could be interacted (Vlookup) by default (unless you disable the interaction function)

    And if the detail data are in other table, you need to create a relationship between them, and be careful about the cross filter direction.
