Visulization Data not updating from Source Table.
PowerBI Desktop: I hope someone can tell me I'm missing something very obvious here, but for the life of me my visualizations will not grab the updated information from the data tables. Tables up...
I found it!!
If you turn on your Selection pane, View | Selection Pane you will see that you have a hidden slicer on the page. That's your issue. Get rid of that bad boy and you should be all set.
I am sure you would have done this but just confirming. Did you refresh on the Power BI Desktop screen or on the query editor screen. The data in the visuals will not reflect the latest entries unless its refreshed on the Power BI screen (i.e. refreshing in query editor does not necessarily refresh the data on the visual unless there were any changes you apply).
Correct, I have refreshed both query and Desktop multiple times, no errors reporting during the load.
