Visuals with different date values

Hello,

I want to create an open item list of our debtors.

Every week i put a new dataset in a folder. I want power bi only show the values of the last dataset.

But i also want a visual which shows the development of the balance of these debtors over the last years based on all the datasets in this folder.

Which measures do i need for this?
