Visuals suggestion needed

Hi,

I have a sample dataset below.

I want to show audience the how efficient is my Process A to Process B, Process B to C and so on... (Process A = Packing date, Process B = Delivery date)

I created a column name timeliness, if the days taken more than 7 days then is consider late., not meeting expected timeline.

Currently I average all the orders in the visuals to calculate no. of days taken for each order.. but i feel this is not correct, bcoz some order very slow and some order very fast. 

Any suggestions for the visuals?
