Visuals from semantic model not showing

Hi, 

I have a Power BI report that connects directly to a semantic model to pull in the data, this is a direct query. However, the visuals that use this data is greyed out with a message saying that "couldn't load the data for this visual". 

 

Any idea why this is please? All of the data refreshes as expected so I'm unsure why the visuals won't show.

    M_SBS_6 , There will be an option to open the details. There can few reasons for that.

    1. Resources exceeded, work on your measures

    2. More than 1 Million rows in result, work on model and measure
