Visuals display wrong calc

Hello, I have a data model with tables and i have added some formula to take the reason for only ACW took the time and converted into seconds. when i do a measure for getting the sum it return incorrect value.

Would anyone help me with this?

Hi  @Anonymous , I think so it is related to filtering. Could you please give more detail about wrongness of calculation?

Yes, i just checked the filtering was wrong its because i have 2 table with agent names that caused visual to display incorrectly and also average was including zero.
