Hi All,
I have created a Power BI dashboard with tow vusulizations: A pie chart and a stacked column chart. Both charts represent data with a simple calcualtion, Using "Category" for the legend and a count of records for the values.
My objective is to establish interactions between these visual with the specific filtring criteria:
1 : When a category is selected in the stacked column chart. It should act as a filter for the pie chart, Displaying only the chosen category while removing other categories.
2 : When a slice is selected in the pie chart, It should filter the stacked column chart, Displaying only the selected category, similar to how its work when selecting from the stacked column chart.
I seek assistance in achieving this desired behavior, as i have encountered an issue where the Pie charts selection highlights the category but doesn't filter the stacked column chart as expected.
Please find below screenshot of the report :
2 slice or may be we can select one slice in pie chart it only highlighted the stacked column chart.
Now i have selected a category from stacked column chart its filtring the category as expected.

Click on one of the visuals -> Format -> edit interactions -> click on the filter icon that appeared on the other visual. Do the same for the second visual.
