This is a common issue caused by screen resolution differences – Power BI reports are not fully responsive, so visuals may shift when viewed on screens with different sizes or resolutions.

Here are some suggestions to help mitigate the issue:

  1. Group and lock visuals before publishing to prevent them from shifting individually.

     

  2. Ensure all users view the report in the same display mode in Power BI Service (e.g., Fit to Page, Actual Size).

     

  3. Create a layout tailored for larger screens – manually adjust the canvas size and visual positions. Typically, a 16:9 aspect ratio works better for larger displays.
