I have built a Power BI dashboard that pulls data from a website via API. I ensured that the structure and number of questions for each survey are identical. However, I'm experiencing an issue where some visuals break when I change the SurveyID in the data source to visualize a different survey. Attached below are screenshots: one shows the visuals working correctly, and the other shows the visuals breaking after the SurveyID change.
Could someone please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it? Thanks!
NB: Visuals are Stacked Bar Chart
Hi @WilbertTK ,
Except for the text label display exception, does the data proportion display normally in visual? If the data is good, I think it may have something to do with the label setting of the visual , you can try setting the label position to the right.
Best regards,
Mengmeng Li
If you change the SurveyID then presumably you are requesting different data from the API? Have you confirmed separately to your PBI query that the data for the changed SurveyID exists and is valid?

Phil

Yes, I have confirmed that on the Power Query but I am keen to try something different if possible. Is there any other way I can go about doing that?
