In my opinion, the unpivotted data is more normalized, so I'm not getting what you mean "out of shape" here.
As to uploading a pbix file, you can upload it to Onedrive/GoogleDrive and share the download link. Do remember to mask sensitive data before uploading.

Eric_Zhang i cannot share the .pbix i was trying to share the excel raw data with you.. What meant by "Out of shape" was that in the screenshot you shared there were 3 rows and 4 column which when you unpivoted became 9 ROWS and 3 columns. There are other measures and dimensions available in the data set, would that not affect the aggregation of measures ? How can i share the excel raw data file ?

Hey,
you have to upload your Excel file to onedrive or dropbox and then post the link to this file.

Without seeing the whole picture, I don't know how much the unpivoted table is out of shape. In my opinion, the unpivoted data is more normalized and other measures and dimension could also rely on the unpivoted data.

I also tried to unpivot the columns however it increased the number of rows e.g. if there were 100 , now there are 1300 because i unpivoted 13 columns. Also the aggregations in the reports were also increased.
