Visualize Operational excellence on a Bar chart

Good afternoon,

I have a requirement to visualize the following:

X-axis: Time

Y-Axis: Date

Values: Production Time, downtime, rebuild time

This is not possible using a stacked bar chart or a clustered bar chart.

Any ideas how to achieve this result?
