Visualizaton Pin Icon won't appear

MS Pwr BI Dashboards "Step by Step" instructs to "Pin" the example visualization in a new Dashboard... However the "Pin" icon is not an option in the visualization header... I have read several posts and tried all the recommendation to no avail.  Could it be the version of PBI is am using?
