Visualizations not updating to reflect the data

Are there any filters or slicers on your report that are not showing the updates? Check if you have any page level filters, or visual level filters or report level filters on your report.
Thank you for following up, I do have filters and have checked on them, everything seems to be as they should - except for the actual data on the charts.

I will work on that. One thing that I just noticed, not sure if it matters at all - I just tried to go to the web version and try to reset the dataset there and got an error, stating that it errored because there were no credentials for the dataset. I went and checked that on the desktop version and permissions were there, when I checked the web version there were no permissions. As I tried to add permissions, it's just spinning, nothing is happening. Been that way for the past half hour.
