Visualization to show a data range in Power BI

Hello,

I'm looking to replicate the following visualization in Power BI (see Figure 1).

The data available to me is in four columns (see figure 2). 

I tried Line & Stacked Column Chart but unable to figure out a way to show the ranges (15% to 65%  as well as 80%) within horizontal lines. 

Can someone please help with this.
