Visualization pane not available in Desktop Mobile layout
I created a report. I then went to Mobile layout to create a mobile version. I wanted to change the font size but I do not have a vizualitation pane available. If I go to Service Mobile I do have that option, but not in Desktop Mobile.

Thank you for your response Henry.
I do have it on ALL. I did try to click Hidden and all it does is remove my visuals that I can move to my mobile layout. These do work for me and I do have access to all my visuals and can put in on a mobile layout but I am not able to edit them (font size, etc..).

I looked at your link and I had reviewed it. The Page visuals pane works, but the Visualization pane is the one that does not show up.
I also made sure to click on one of my visuals to make sure, but it does not open the visualization pane.

Hi LynDup,
Did you find a solution for this?
I currently have the same situation and I don't know how to get the Visualization pane.
Thank you!

Hi zanoagandreea.
Yes it did get fixed last year. I don't remember exactly but I think I either re-installed it, or updated the version. An action was required, I remember that. It was trial and error.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
