is there a way to visualize specific additional infos in a line chart? In my specific case I would like to show the difference in between 2 values visualized as constant y-lines in the line chart, like in the example below.

In fact the constant line value can't be recognized by Dax formula, and you can't use it to calculate the different between current values. I'd like to suggest you create a what if parameter table, then you can use slicer to control the sections and calculate with visual results.
