Visualization of Cell values

I have an excel table which is a summary of many other spreadsheets. I have been using powerBi and have made dashboards using all column values. However in this situation I dont want to take all column values. I just want to take one value from a cell and display it using a guage.  How can i take single value from a cell?

    Anonymous you have to use filter to narrow down the dataset to required value.

     

    If you can post example data with expected result, it will help to provide the answer.

      THanks alot. Please look at the followig picture. The vaues in the rows are a result of complex working done on other sheets. I want to display the progress on a gauge.

        Anonymous what are the values for the gauge? What represent the target for the gauge and what represent the acutal?
