I have added a 'Power BI Certified' visualization to Power BI by using 'Get more visuals'. The visualization works great in Power BI, but when I export the Report to PDF, the visualization is not included.
Is there something special I need to do?

Some Visuals from App source does not support exporting, i have a report that have HTML content visual that does not support exporting.
After exporting, see if this message appear in your visual, this come in small text, you need to zoom in:
