Visualization function to use bar color as background color

Hello,

does anyone know if there is a function to use the color of a part in a stacked bar chart, as the background of a tooltip table?

I have a stacked bar chart that has multiple colors and I have a custom tooltip which is a table with the exact numbers. Now I would like to color the background of each row to the same color as the value it displays. Hope the screenshot help and thanks in advance.
