    Pie or Donut chart will not show the shaded area in another color. you can use the Guage chart effectively  
    Measure:

    Percent = 
DIVIDE(
    SUM(Table6[Column C]),
    CALCULATE(
        SUM(Table6[Column C]),
        REMOVEFILTERS(table6)
    )
)
