Visualization Error in Power BI Desktop

Dear colleagues, 

I have a problem with the Power BI Desktop visualization tab. There is a visualization error and the window is only shown in a small fragment of the screen (please see screenshots for nature of the error and system details. I would be very thankful for any advice that you might have.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Please reinstall the PBI desktop and restart your laptop to check again.

    As suggested by v-frfei-msft , please uninstall the existing Power BI Desktop.

    Please remove cache files from the below path.

    1. C:\Users\<<Profile Account>>\AppData\Local\Microsoft -> Remove "Power BI Desktop" Folder.

    2. C:\Users\<<Profile Account>>\AppData\Local -> Remove "Power BI Desktop" Folder.

     

    restart the machine and try to install the latest version from the link.
