Visualisation Position Keeps Unlocking everytime the file is reopened.

Hello,
I have a Power BI dashboard that i send out to a group of people and I have locked the Visualisations to a fixed place but everytime that I reopen the File the Visualisations are no longer fixed and can move around again.
Does anyone know why this is happening our if there is a way to fix it?

    Hi LiamBennett 

    It's not supported yet.For your requirement,you may vote this similar idea which has been submitted and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
