Visual with measures to repeat and not to repeat by column

Hi

I am wondering if there is a standard or custom visual supporting below.

Then first 4 columns are columns from a table from the data model, clearly about project reporting.

Then I want to see the total of planned days and hours. These are measures which are not to be shown by calendar year/month as this is of no interest.

The actuals however (blue line in below) are indeed interesting to see by calendar year/month.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Not clear enough to understand how you need the visualization and also not sure about how the data model is set up. Share a sample PBIX file with the expected result.
