Visual with From To times

Hello,

I'm having a Dataset with Values for some locations, each value indicates a status the location had from a given time to a given time.

I would like to display this in a waterfall like chart.

But I have no clue what visual to use.

I'ts not possible to have the status by second, (it is possible but far to many records).

Any idea on how to achieve this ?
