Hi,
Is there a visual that works to show a data range with a line for the average? I was playing around with an Area chart and couldn't get it to work. I would need something that looks like this:
Thank you.
Hi @Anonymous
How about adding an average line in area chart?
The average line doesn't follow the data points, it just averages across the whole set.
I made measure for Max and Min and created a ribbon chart with them and an average. This isn't quite the same as the requirements, but it will have to do.
@Anonymous , check option in analytics pane, You have options for line.
In-Line chart you have fill option that can make it like area.

looks like a job for the R (or Python) visual. Alternatively, check charticulator or charts.powerbi.tips
