Visual stays blank

Hi,

 

I had a report where I put a map but it stayed blank, however on an other computer, it worked perfectly.

(I tried to clear cache but it didn't worked).

 

Now, a client of mine have the same issue with the custom visual "table sorter". The visual is blank on his computer (same for his colleagues) but works on mine.

 

Does someone have an idea why?

    Could be an internet connectivity issue. Both for custom visuals and maps to display properly you need to have internet connectivity.

    Hi,

     

    The Internet worked well in both case. I think the problem is more from the computer itself. My client's one restarted and after that it was OK. I didn't test to restart mine yet but I wouldn't be surprised if it's the solution....
