Visual showing swimlanes except from/to numbers instead of dates?

Hi,

Given a data structure such as below:

From	To	Color
0	1.5	Green
1.5	4	Blue
4	7	Red

Is it possible to get a visual similar to swimlanes/gantt charts, except the numerical From/To columns replace the start/end date columns? Mockup below:

1	2	3	4	5	6	7
