Dear All,
I am having trouble getting my visuals to update to the most recently data.
I have created visuals by month, and add data to the files manually each month. However I have several visuals that are not updating to include the month of June.
I've triple checked the source file and the query; the updated data has been refreshed into BI.
I've tried deleting and recreating the visual, and creating different variations on the visual as well (stacked column, cluster column, table). However only the months of Jan-May will display in any of the visuals.
I have two filters applied-one for the relevant sales person, and one for the year, however removing the filters does not correct the issue.
Interestingly, under filters June does appear as an option, but no data appears when it is selected.
Does anyone happen to know what I am doing wrong here?
Thanks in advnace
Hi Mcray11,
Does June have data displaying in your tables? On your data value for the visual, have you selected the "show items with no data" to see if June shows?
Thanks,
Raf
Hi Raf,
Yes, the June data does appear in the table itself, and "June" as a month appears as an option under the visual level filters under date.
Currently under visual filters, Date Month (All) is selected. However when I select "June", no data appears in the visual.
Thanks,
MCR
Could we have a couple of screenshots showing the issue please?
Hi Raf,
Here are some snapshots of the issue.
Thanks

I haven't encountered this issue before. And I can't reproduce this issue either. Can you share your .pbix if possible?
